Eddard had come to his siblings earlier. He’d been told of this new living arrangement and while he tried to understand everything that had happened in the last few months with his father on his death bed, his mother in jail. The young Baratheon had been told he was going to live with his siblings and this baffled him. Didn’t he already live with his siblings? No, it turned out. He had other siblings by his father. He was going to live with these siblings too.
Now, Tommen stood looking up at his half brother Gendry and he felt a sense of comfort as his blue eyes met brown and he was reminded of his father. “You look more like my father than I do” Tommen mumbled. The younger child hadn’t been made aware of his true parentage. Joffrey dismissed the idea and Myrcella didn’t talk of it to Tommen. He didn’t quite understand why people wanted to call him an abomination but he understood that he and his siblings didn’t share what almost all of his half siblings shared. Genetics.
