“And you keep pouring,” the blonde countered, resting back. His grin faded, the corners of his lips turning down slightly as Bronn twisted his words. Their conversations never disappointed, but gods be damned if the sellsword ever managed more than three sentences without purposely annoying him.
Though, truthfully, Jaime rather enjoyed their banter.
After several seconds of not coming up with a witty return, Jaime decidedly agreed, “I liked my brother more once too.”
“Of course. Should I pour water instead? Where’s the fun in that?” Bronn jokingly asked, a shit-eating grin on his face as he leaned his arms over the chair back, cup in hand as he looked at Jamie. “Once? I know he killed your dad but honestly he was a cunt to all of his kids.” Bronn reminded Jamie before he took a sip of his wine. “I’m surprised it took him this long to do it honestly. But other than that he’s a good man.”
“You are my wife Cat. I shall let them find us however I please. How you please” He stated, grinning at her, his eyes looking down at her lovingly. His hand placed under her chin and cupped her cheek. He still couldn’t believe he and she had finally been married today, just a few hours ago. He had a wife and he was her husband.
“You are Lady Stark.” He purred as he moved to match her own movement and took a hold of her, a arm placed around her waist as he placed a soft kiss on her forehead, his hips lightly rocking against hers as he teased her as she was teasing him. Two could play at that game. “We could get to the bedding early, surprise everyone and I could eat my dessert before everyone else gets to theirs.” He half joked as his hips moved again and again rocking against her. They were so close to being fully and in every way officially married and he felt like he couldn’t wait any longer. “I want you so much my love.”
“It would seem so.” Rhaegar agreed and having seen Robb, it confirmed such as he didn’t know of the other Starklings. “And? Would you have let Robb go to the wall? You must have had some sway….But of course you did. You couldn’t let the Bastard son be around so you send him off as soon as you can manage. Though we all know he wouldn’t pose a threat to the younger trueborn sons.” Rhaegar couldn’t see the logic in it all and he was starting to grow furious with the woman.How could she? “Did you love-no..did you like the boy even?” He couldn’t say for sure but from what he knew not every woman was so kind to a bastard child that showed up. “This could very well be my son, Lady Stark. my son. And he is at the wall. Forever. How can I see him now? My heir, my blood…Lyanna’s blood.” It was more despair and longing that filled his voice now than anger.
“It’s just a place. I’m sure that Iron Throne is just as cursed if not more than Harrenhall. An people are still making wars over then damn thing. Maybe we should do away with it. Or place the capitol in Harrenhall. Than no one would want the throne.”
