Times when the LOTR cast were extremely in-character:
– that one interview where Sean Astin talks for ages about how Eliajh Wood’s eyes are ‘like a beautiful eclipse’ and staring into them is like looking into a deep, beautiful pool (& he knows bcos he’s spent many hours staring into them)
and then Dominic Monaghan is like ‘I think Elijah’s eyes are so big because he had to open them so wide when he was a baby bcos he can’t see for shit’
