Your soul is mortgaged to so many competing daedra lords that your death would precipitate a civil war among them. Some or all interceded to ensure you would merely be inconvenienced, while Savos is much less ecumenically entangled. It’s good to have a patron or twelve.

But y’all wouldn’t it just go to the most powerful being who claimed the soul
as if the other daedra would just sit back and let that happen. even if they weren’t strong enough, they’d still fight for it.
Honestly, all you have to do is wait until you’re dying of old age and let Paarthurnax or Odahviing kill you. They would get your soul, and since they’re immortal aspects of Akatosh, there’s not a whole lot any Daedric Prince can do about that, I think. Though I’m sure Clavicus Vile would try.
Then again, in a sense, you’re an aspect of Akatosh, so what the fuck are these daedra even doing?
