Imagine a man who lives with a sword pierced through his chest for 900 years, waiting for a bride to release him, then finding her, falling for her, starting to want to live for her just a bit longer, and learning that if she doesn’t pull out that sword soon, the universe will keep trying to kill her, and if she pulls it out, the man will die and leave behind his first and only love, and she will probably have her memory erased, as if he never existed.
Nice, huh? That’s kdrama for you, have fun watching your heart being torn from your body and having an entire river dance band step on it.
Someone hand me the heavy booze cuz it looks like we’re heading towards a tragic ending again.
